Easy Online Rental Application

Fill out application online or in person. You must have I.D and proof of income to see properties for safety reasons. Once you decide to rent, pay the $25 fee per person and Alliance Premier will run background check, verify addresses and credit check. In almost every case the owner has the final say in who rents their property. We want all applications processed in 24-48 hours. If property is occupied you will need to pay a fee for background check. We do not take anyone into an occupied unit without a completed background check for safety reasons. Alliance practices fair housing and does not discriminate against any person based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, familial status, or disability. ALL TENANTS MUST HAVE RENTAL INSURANCE.

Only completed applications will be accepted and taken to owner.


  1. Copy of Driver License or valid state I.D.,
  2. Verification of Income (Please provide most recent federal tax return page 1 & 2 or most recent W-2 and/or 3 months pay stubs)
  3. $25 NON REFUNDABLE application fee per adult.

Rental rates are subject to change unless the Rental Agreement/Lease has been signed. In order to qualify for approval, each APPLICANT and/or each GUARANTOR (cosigner) must be: 18 years or older to sign a rental agreement.

Evictions: We do not rent to people who have evictions. If you have special circumstances please let us know.

Criminal History: No criminal convictions.

Income Requirements: Must equal 3 times the rent. All income must be verifiable.

Credit Requirements: Evictions, unpaid utilities, bad rental references, collections, prior owed rent, negative credit information, no prior rental experience, are all reasons for denial.

Pets: Subject to each rental unit. No dangerous breeds and tenant must provide renters insurance upon move in.

Residency: Last 4 years residency history will be reviewed.

Application Fee: I understand and will provide a non-refundable application fee of $25 per adult. I understand that Alliance may cancel or terminate any agreement entered into if there was a misrepresentation on the application.
